Days on market are lower, so conditions could be weakening a bit.
Median price bounces around. Take a look at the chart below:
You can see dollar per sq ft bouncing around since last year,
the dollar per sq ft is basically flat. This shows the gentrification
of an area that newer homes are larger than older homes, but the
value remains the same. So you have your choice of a ranch style
with a large yard or a new home with little yard.
