Park Cities Real Estate – Year End Update

It takes a while for the MLS to report all figures for year end.
Not all transactions are entered by Dec. 31, so it takes longer to
to get figures that are more correct, for what it’s worth.

So without further adieu, here’s a recap of Park Cities real estate
for 2007. Just the highlights…

There was a 11.1% average price increase from 2006.
$942,546 vs $1,047,183. Sales were down 8.2% from
2006. Average days on market decreased by 6.5%
and sales to list price went from 96.0% to 95.4%

All in all, not bad for the Park Cites, but there is plenty of
inventory to chose from in a relatively small area.
