With the events of the past 6 months, I know many are curious about the
value of your home, like how much less-is it worth? Interestingly, you
might be surprised by these charts that show the median price now and
6 months ago. Preston Hollow zip code 75230 is actually flat and University
Park is up $40K or so relatively speaking. And HP is down around $100K
which makes sense, after all it’s the highest priced area. The problem
in Dallas is not so much the pricing but the glut of inventory available
in higher priced communities. These charts are real time – so they change
weekly based on 90 day rolling average. Interesting, and maybe not as bad as
you think..
What’s the Median Price of Homes now in Highland Park, University Park and Preston Hollow?
