Open House Schedule for Park Cities

Are you picky?

Well, then this is your market, there are so many beautiful homes

for sale that you might have a hard time choosing one!

If you spent a lot of time in the Park Cities this week like I did,

then you realize the abundances of inventory and choices

available. You can get very picky…..of course, you are limited

on your lot size.

With over a 12 month supply of homes available in the Park Cities

seller’s have sharpened their pencils and prices are coming down more.

A bit more reluctant, though..

Has the bubble burst here too! Kind of - because of the inventory

levels. Where you used to love 1 house you will probably love 5.

That’s a good problem to have - choices.

So here’s the OPEN HOUSE LIST for University Park this week,

Highland Park Schools. 15 gorgeous homes that need a new owner.

It’s really fun to look - the inventory is at an all time high!

And you can be very very picky…
