Houses that is….

Tons of houses open on Sunday, I usually post earlier than
this but still in time for the 44 open houses that are entered
in the MLS. These are open houses in zip codes 75205
and 75225.

If you keep driving around you’ll find almost every house
for sale is probably open. Search 75230 and another 25
are added to the list! Fire Sale? probably not -
but open to stir activity.

Open houses are good to know the competition in the area,
remember you don’t have to register at any open house,
you can politely decline. They just want your name or number
to call you later. That’s an open house tip of the week.
