Every Monday Dallas Homes Center posts new listings for
various zip codes inside the loop.  This week is 75225.

There are 33 brand new properties that have come on the market
in the past 7 days,  priced  for $195,000 to $3,950,000.

Only brand new properties are on this customer report.
Sometimes when a property has been on the market too long
an agent will re-list under a new MLS number so it looks new.
Usually it wasn’t priced correctly for the condition and location
and more than likely a price reduction has been taken.
Days on market are important so it’s just a good thing to be
aware of.
