Just like price it’s good to know the inventory situation of a particular zip.
Highland Park – inventory has fallen considerably since Sept.
90 day average is around 148 homes available for sale.
University Park – inventory has fallen too but not like
Highland Park. 90 day average finds right under 200
homes for sale.
Preston Hollow Area – Around 260 homes for sale,
inventory is plentiful on $1,000,000 and up.
Park Cities Vicinities – Right under 230 homes
for sale.
Note: All 7 day averages (black bar) are way down on
every zip. Probably means sellers took homes off the
market for the holidays , watch for inventory to increase
dramatically by the end of the month.
