Foreclosure list this week is for 75225 and 75230.

There aren’t any communities untouched by foreclosures.
Just as the market has changed the rules change too.

For example, many seller’s are requiring that you get
pre qualified through them so they also can do your
mortgage. Be careful of this, make sure your terms are
satisfactory to you before you sign.

I have seen a few foreclosures where the seller is offering
90% financing to do a loan through them, be aware of all
the pitfalls up front and get a second opinion on any type
of loan product that a bank or lender offers you.
