It’s pretty easy to find foreclosures these days as the list grows-
but actually buying one is like an act of congress or worse…

This week I’ve included a list of 49 foreclosures in zip codes:
75205,75225,75230,75229,75219.

There are some very good buys! Real investors will enjoy the spoils
now - excellent opportunities exist but you will need plenty of patience
to persevere the process. The lenders are truly making it more and more
difficult to buy because they don’t know how to sell real estate. You
would think since they own so much inventory they would be happy
to sell. Don’t think too hard it will make your head hurt!

Seriously, there are some great buys in prime neighborhoods.
