I have been out in the trenches this week in Preston
Hollow and Park Cities. Activity has started to really
pick up.

Properties that are priced below the market sq ft are
receiving multiple offers.  Although prices have come
down I do believe prices will come down more in
Preston Hollow, Park Cities and especially in Oak Lawn
and Uptown - because of the inventory available.

So, if you are planning a home purchase the best selection
is available as I write and make sure you buy a little below
the comps to cover yourself and don’t miss a great house for
a few grand…those are words of wisdom for Friday the 13th.
