It’s that time again, and Friday’s are for foreclosures.
Each Friday we look at different zip codes in the Dallas
loop. This week it’s 75230. Hopefully, we can help the lenders
move some properties by making a targeted list available.

The list is from the MLS and is deemed reliable but not
guaranteed. It is the most current information available
about a particular property. Remember, banks and financial
institutions don’t work on weekends so probably won’t get
any type of response till next week.

If you are seriously thinking about buying a foreclosure,
make sure you are pre approved or have proof of funds,
lenders won’t even look at a contract without it.

Just a note: the Lakehurst property had an original list price
of $28,000,000 - needless to say it was a data entry error.
