Foreclosures for Sale

It doesn’t matter what the real estate market is doing,
Dallas has always been in the top 10 of foreclosure cities
in the U. S.

Here’s a list of REO (real estate owned) properties in
zip codes 75201 and 75219.

This is not by any means all of the foreclosures, but
properties listed on the MLS. If you are an investor or
buyer looking to get a deal in this market, you need to
pay attention to the pricing, some properties are over
priced, in my opinion, for the condition or location.
Not all are a good deal or steal!
