Whether it’s Dallas or NYC the Square Footage issue remains very grey.
No two appraisers, builders, or county appraisal district will come up
with the same number. Houses are measured by the outside walls and
in Texas only Air Conditioned Square Footage should count.

So… How do you know what’s right?

By looking at several different appraisals and having your
own done. It counts especially when you are paying by the SIZE.
And anyone can make a mistake. After all, we’re only human.
Buyer beware on this one.
