The Search

The one thing about property searches online is there
are so many and I personally think listings just get buried.
I started doing this 2 years ago on PlanoHomesandLand.com
because I wanted a simpler solution myself. Most times I’ll
come to the sites first because I don’t have to login…

A Simple Solution

So, you’ll see on the left hand tool bar pre-defined searches
by community or neighborhood, just click the link above the
photo and a new window will open to view all properties for sale.
The bright blue button is a blank search, works same way but
you enter the criteria.
No registration is required here, ever…really.

Hassle Free Search

However - if you want to save a search for emails, we do
need an address if you want new listings sent to you.
Don’t worry, no drip campaigns or newsletters either.
I’m tired of those too.

Sort, Save and Data

When you get to the new window, you can sort the listings
anyway you want - by price, zip, city, latest listing etc. etc.
On the right sidebar you can find relevant and very current market
conditions by the Altos “Live Chart” along with Monthly Market
Indicators linked by city - by month and year to date. (a one page
PDF chart).

I hope this makes things easier if you’re buying or selling.
It’s a good place to start for gathering information. Let me
