How’s the market? You might ask…so here’s a great chart to show
you how the Dallas real estate market has been steady in these zip
codes - 75205, 75225, 75230, 75229 and 75219. This is for median
price per sq ft since March of 2007.

As you can see the top black line is Highland Park - 75205, the second
black line is the Preston Hollow area, just to clarify. This chart is for
single family homes and show very little fluctuation, except for an up tick
in University Park -75225 for this month. 75219 which is Oak Lawn
is the only zip that shows a dramatic drop from last spring, $285. to
$212. about a 25% drop, per sq ft. Watch for some great buys in this
zip.

Park Cities vicinities 75229 shows a great value for a close in location.
Many areas are going through a gentrification process so be careful
in choosing your location and remember it’s Dallas ISD.
