I never thought of marketing a home this way, but if it’s a fire sale
I can’t think of anything more desperate than that.  It would help
to give the price reductions to the buyers, not the agents…
you would not believe the things we get mass emailed.

Whether it’s Dallas or NYC the Square Footage issue remains very grey.
No two appraisers, builders, or county appraisal district will come up
with the same number. Houses are measured by the outside walls and
in Texas only Air Conditioned Square Footage should count.
