A Peak At One Arts Plaza – It’s Surreal

January 5th, 2008 · No Comments

The Arts District in downtown Dallas has been torn up for awhile.
There is one shining star to marvel – One Arts Plaza.

I’ve been fortunate enough to go on two Hard Hat tours of
this structure during construction and the views are astounding.

Here are a few photos from the Arts District yesterday, if you haven’t
been down in a while, it’s worth the trip!

One Arts Plaza

Clean, modern lines define the building inside and out…

One Arts Plaza Office and Square

This is the front view that faces Flora street, you’ll be able to walk
to all art venues. I really thought the outdoor gathering space
would be larger, Dali wine bar and more to open soon.

One Arts Plaza Fountains

Look at the reflection of the sky and downtown at the entrance.

One Arts Plaza Lobby

Interior lobby photograph that looks simulated…very peaceful
and quite inside, considering it’s a stone throw from Woodall Rogers.
It’s… Oh so very Dallas.
Condos are on the top 10 floors and the entrance is located in the
back with valet and parking. Prices start at $760,000. If you love
contemporary and modern, this is the finest Dallas has to offer.
